The Kentucky Wildlands and ExecuTrain partner on hospitality program for southern and eastern Kentucky businesses

SOMERSET, KY (October 6, 2020) — The Kentucky Wildlands and ExecuTrain today announced a partnership to help businesses in southern and eastern Kentucky improve their bottom line by improving their customer service.

They are working together to create the new The Kentucky Wildlands Hospitality Program for any business that serves the public, such as restaurants, hotels, and retail stores. The program will be launched in 2021.

“Elevate Your Service” will be the theme of the certificate program. It will offer two types of classes. For front-line employees, the three-hour class will cover why and how to deliver excellent customer service. For managers, the six-hour class will delve deeper into infusing hospitality throughout the business.

LEXINGTON, KY (July 14, 2020) — ExecuTrain US, founded in Atlanta, GA in 1984, is a worldwide leader in business training providing quality instructions, consulting, and support services to both corporations and individual business students across a global network. In May of this year, Crinda Francke purchased ExecuTrain US and will serve as the organization’s president and chief executive officer effective immediately.
