Crinda Francke, President and CEO of ExecuTrain, has been working in the training and development industry for over 25 years.
After graduating in 1990 from the University of Kentucky with a BBA in Business Administration, Crinda worked as a computer analyst and accountant until 1994 when she became the sales manager for ExecuTrain of Lexington. In 1997, she purchased the existing Lexington franchise becoming President and CEO. In 2000, she expanded the ExecuTrain territory by purchasing the Louisville operation and recently finalized the buy-out of ExecuTrain United States.
Having worked with thousands of Kentucky organizations to design, plan, and deliver their employee training programs, Crinda has been involved in all aspects of employee development. Helping people and companies reach their full potential is her passion. Crinda has won multiple awards within the ExecuTrain system during her career and was named 2012 Woman Business Owner of the Year by the Lexington Chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners.
Away from the office, Crinda volunteers for her church, community activities, and is involved with various civic and charitable organizations. She is also on the Advisory Board at Central Bank & Trust. An aerobics instructor since high school, she currently uses her fitness certifications to teach a variety of classes in Lexington. Whether it’s professional skills development or personal wellness, Crinda is happiest when helping others. She and her husband live in Lexington, have two children, Alex and Zach, and attend Southland Christian Church.
