Project Management Professional (PMP) Prep – for New PMP Exam

TOTAL DAYS: 2 | TOTAL HOURS: 15

Prerequisite:
Must have taken the 35-hour PMP Boot Camp course for the previous version of the PMP exam

Course Overview:
The new Project Management Professional (PMP) exam (effective January 2, 2021) is based on three domains – People, Process, and Business Environment. This may seem very different than the five domains in the previous version (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing), especially if you prepared for the exam prior to 2021.
This two-day course is to help candidates successfully bridge-the-gap between the old and new exams.

Learning Objectives
– Understand what the different domains are on the current exam
– Learn to successfully execute a project while maintaining risk and change
– Learn Leadership styles to keep your team performing and on track
– Practice the new format of the PMP exam – Agile and Hybrid Methodologies
