This class is delivered by a senior instructor with many years of real world consulting experience and will cover the following topics:

Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant

This class was developed to teach students Salesforce Einstein Analytics and to help students prepare for the Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant exam. This class is an alternative to the three Einstein Analytics classes offered by Salesforce (ANC101, ANC201 and ANC301).

A student in this class will learn how to design, build and support apps, datasets, dashboards and stories in Einstein Analytics and Discovery, including the data ingestion process, security and access implementations, and dashboard creation.

This class is delivered by a senior instructor with many years of real world Salesforce experience. The instructor will cover all the basic concepts within Einstein Analytics in addition to sharing real world experiences and best practices.

The class presents a broad range of topics covering just about everything on which a student will be tested. These topics include but are not limited to: dataset management, permissions and security implementations, advanced Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) coding to support querying and JSON to support dashboard creation on desktop as well as mobile devices.

Salesforce Fundamentals for Business Users and Consultants

This class was developed specifically for business users, leaders, and technologists who need to understand the business value and benefits of Salesforce and the various Clouds. The class presents a broad range of topics at the right level of detail for the intended audience, including discussion, demonstration and hands-on exercises related to End User, Business Analyst and Administrator tools and features in Salesforce.

This class is delivered by a senior instructor with many years of real-world Salesforce consulting and sales experience. Following a general overview of Salesforce and related products, the instructor will guide participants through hands-on discovery of sales and service features, automation, reporting and dashboards. Hands-on exercises introduce Administrative customization of Salesforce with clicks-not-code, and the instructor will discuss when and why to use Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components. Participants will learn the keys to successful change management and user adoption as well as important considerations for ongoing management of Salesforce.

Salesforce Platform App Builder

This class was developed to teach students the foundation of designing, building and deploying custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Lightning Platform and to help students prepare for the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder exam. This class is an alternative to the Declarative Development for Platform App Builders in Lightning Experience (DEX402) class offered by Salesforce.

This class is delivered by a senior instructor with many years of real world programming experience and will cover the following topics:
– How to create, manage and update data models
– Application security, business logic and process automation
– Customizing applications for mobile use
– Designing reports and dashboards
– Deploying custom applications

SQL Querying: Advanced

In the course SQL Querying: Fundamentals, you learned the basics of SQL querying. Now that you have a foundation in how to query databases, you will learn in this course how to identify and use advanced querying techniques. In addition, you might find that you need to perform tasks such as modifying the structure of a table; inserting, updating, or deleting data; and indexing tables to optimize query performance. In this course, you will learn how to complete these tasks and more.
