Introduction

Course Objectives:
In this course, you will perform basic work-related tasks on a PC running the Windows 10 operating system. You will:
– Access Windows 10.
– Access locally installed applications.
– Access cloud-based apps and content.
– Manage files and folders.
– Manage the Windows 10 environment.
– Use Windows 10 security features.
– Use backup and recovery tools.

Target Student:
This course is designed for end users who are familiar with computers and who need to use the features and functionality of the Windows 10 operating system.

Prerequisites:
To ensure your success in this course, you should have some experience using a personal computer, desktop applications, and the Internet. For students who are less familiar with computers, consider reviewing the Getting to Know Personal Computers appendix prior to attending class.
