Gretchen has been with ExecuTrain for over 5 years. She enjoys teaching and loves to see her students learn new things. Gretchen is able to tone down or up her teaching ability to meet the student’s individual needs. She is excellent at providing outstanding phone support and troubleshooting skills.

Dawn is currently a part-time instructor at ExecuTrain, although she began teaching here at Wichita's launch in 1994. She has taught computer skills in many different environments to all ages, including business professionals, children, and senior citizens, for the past 16 years. Dawn is also on the adjunct faculty at Butler Community College in Andover, teaching Information Processing Systems, a Microsoft Office course. She particularly enjoys working with beginners and is extremely patient, but loves to dig deep into the software to answer all your questions.
