All ExecuTrain courseware and instruction is based on a proven adult learning methodology of “Concept, Discovery, and Performance." Instructors help students associate unfamiliar tasks with familiar ones during the associative “Concept” step, and then “Discover” the “how to’s” of an application. The “Performance” step includes hands-on practice sessions to make sure students retain the information.
