All ExecuTrain classes are offered according to our client demand. For information regarding "upon demand" classes, please contact us at 909-483-1670.

Class run from 8:30AM to approximately 4:30PM each day. Please plan to arrive by 8:15 a.m. and sign in with the receptionist at the registration desk, they will then direct you to the proper classroom.  
During the day there will be two 15-minute breaks one the morning and one in the afternoon. The lunch break will be from 12:00 to 1:00. 

Dress is casual. Coffee and tea are provided throughout the day at no charge.

We have two phones available in our lobby for your convenience, and
maps to a variety of local restaurants for lunch. You will have access to the internet throughout the day from your workstation.

Our office is located just north of the 10 FWY off Haven.  
- Exit Haven and go north, the first signal is Inland Empire
- Turn left and the next signal is Center, 
- Tturn left into our parking lot (bear to the right)

 

 

 

No-Show and Cancellation Policy

In fairness to all students in the class, anyone arriving after 9:00 a.m. will need to be rescheduled for another class date.

An Office Productivity class may be canceled and/or rescheduled with no penalty up to three (5) full business days prior to the date of the class. There will be a $125 cancellation/reschedule fee if he/she neglects to cancel or reschedule without five-business days notice. The full cost of a training day is due in the event of a no show (non-attendance without prior notification).  

If Discount Coupon Training Vouchers are purchased, and the student neglects to cancel or reschedule a class without five-business days notice and in-turn fails to show, the coupon will become invalid and can not be used again.

An Expert Topics class may be canceled and/or rescheduled with no penalty up to ten (10) full business days prior to the date of the class. There will be an $175 cancellation/reschedule fee if he/she neglects to cancel or reschedule without ten-business days notice. The full cost of a training day is due in the event of a no show (non-attendance without prior notification).

Students registered for Technical Classes may cancel or reschedule without penalty up to ten (10) business days prior to the date of the class. Failure to cancel and/or reschedule ten- (10) full business days in advance will result in the full (100%) class fee.

Private Classes may be canceled and/or rescheduled with no penalty up to ten (10) full business days prior to the date of the class.  Failure to cancel and/or reschedule ten- (10) full business days in advance will result in the full (100%) class fee.
